Acceptable file formats: JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BITMAP, PCT. Files need to be submitted in CMYK or grayscale at 300 dpi on a CD or DVD. Please indicate disk color preference: opeque white or irridescent pearl.

Additional charges may apply if the above guidelines are not followed. If additional charges apply, you will be notified prior to project start-up.

Software & Video Piracy is a Federal Offense.

Piracy is an important issue in the optical and digital media replication industry. The unauthorized replication and distribution of music, graphics, and software costs intellectual property owners billions of dollars each year. The RIAA (Record Industry Association of America) estimates that each year, the record industry loses approximately $4.5 billion to piracy worldwide. Trade associations have entrusted replicators with the responsibility of monitoring and catching unauthorized content before it is replicated.

The customer warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold US Imagineering, Inc.harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided. Therefore, all orders must accompany a Duplication Rights form.

US Imagineering, Inc. is required to secure the proper documentation to verify that our customers have the rights to reproduce submitted content.

Prices quoted and on our website do not include freight. All shipping is FOB West Bend, WI. US Imagineering, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to the product once any product has left US Imagineering, Inc.'s premises.

US Imagineering, Inc. charges 5.6% sales tax for orders within Wisconsin, as required by law.

US Imagineering, Inc. accepts cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All orders must be paid in full upon completion of the order, before shipping (no C.O.D.s).

Customer should, therefore, retain safety copies of and fully insure all materials delivered to this company against all risks. In no event shall US Imagineering, Inc. be liable for loss or damage of any materials delivered to it by or for the account of customer for any amount in excess of the replacement value of the raw unrecorded videotape involved. US Imagineering, Inc. will exercise reasonable care and exert its best efforts to produce high-quality work hereunder, but does not make any warranty nor does it assume any responsibility as to the character or quality of the material or service to be furnished or provided by it. Nor as to the results of any of its undertakings hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing in any particular. US Imagineering, Inc. shall not be held liable for loss of any kind whatsoever due to delays or failure in performance caused directly or indirectly by damage or accident to machinery or equipment, electric power failure, injury or damage to, or loss of, materials delivered to this company by customer, or by any other cause.
